We provide assistance and support in a wide range of languages and are on hand 24/7 over the phone or on email. We can assist with lost luggage, report the loss or theft of mobile phones and tablets, and can help report all lost or stolen credit, debit and charge cards and advise on the best procedure to follow.
  • Passport lost or stolen? Avis will provide the telephone number, address and opening hours of the nearest embassy or consulate as well as offer support on the processes for arranging a replacement passport.
  • Travel Partner can help you  find addresses or contact details for local restaurants, hotels, hospitals or museums

Travel Partner is available at participating locations across Europe. You can add it to your online reservation when you book your rental – you'll see it when you add Extras to your booking (as long as it is one of our participating locations).  You can also add Avis Travel Partner when you call us to make a booking, or in person at a participating rental station.
