How can we help?

The safety of our customers and staff is of paramount importance to us. If you are due to return your hire car but have been told to self-quarantine or have tested positive for COVID-19, please contact our Operations Support Team (AvisBudget.UKOperations@abg.comas soon as possible. Please ensure that your hire car is parked in a safe and secure location where no fines will be obtained. Please take photos of the fuel and mileage readings and include them with your email to our Operations Support Team.  Your rental will remain open until the vehicle is returned back to one of our rental stores. Once you have contacted us, the rental will be closed and the vehicle will be quarantined for the required period of time before being collected.
