The safety of our customers and staff is of paramount importance to us. If you are due to return your hire car but have been told to self-quarantine or have tested positive for COVID-19, please contact our Operations Support Team (AvisBudget.UKOperations@abg.comas soon as possible. Please ensure that your hire car is parked in a safe and secure location where no fines will be obtained. Once you have contacted us, the rental will be closed and the vehicle will be quarantined for the required period of time before being collected.
